Description
The Teroson VR4610 is a rapid curing zinc-based sprayable primer, used for vehicle body repair and maintenance. This anti-corrosion coating provides optimal protection of iron and steel, with the dry film bonding well to cleaned metal parts in addition to its high resistance to abrasive wear and high temperature.
In addition to its anti-corrosion properties, VR4610 has “self-healing properties” which allows this product to close small lesions. Also electrically conductive – wet and dry. This zinc spray is overpaintable, a 40 μm layer is over paintable after 6 hours and before 24 hours at minimum. In instances where painting is required, a trial coat should be applied and observed
