Spraymax Red Oxide Rust-Inhibiting Primer – Single-Component

Description

Protects against corrosion, with very good adhesion properties. Suitable for bare, sanded, and unsanded surfaces, as well as on paint coatings. 

The damaged area must be dry and free of grease and dust, and all rust needs to be removed prior to application. Do not apply polyester/EP top coat products, or use on thermoplastic paintwork, or coat with water-based paints.

• Colour: Red Oxide
• Size: 400ml Aerosol
• Spray Distance: 15-20cm
• Spray Pass: Dry film thickness 10-15μm per coat (approx. 2 to 3 spray coats)
• Flash Off Time: Approx. 3-5 min between each coat
• Drying: IR 5-8 mins
• Sanding: Dry with P400/P500, wet with P800
