Spanjaard Graphite Spray is a dispersion of very fine particles of graphite in an air drying resin. It provides lubrication when oils and greases cannot be used.

Applications 

• Spanjaard Graphite Spray prevents corrosion during shipping and storage.
• Thus, expensive parts can be protected from rust and are pre-lubricated, ready for immediate use.
• Spanjaard Graphite Spray provides a stable lubricating film at temperatures of -180°C to 350°C.
• Even though resin breakdown starts at this temperature, the Graphite continues to act as a dry lubricant up to 450°C.
• Spanjaard Graphite Spray is the answer when problems are caused by the application of conventional wet lubricants and provides dry lubrication in dusty conditions. 

Note

• Phosphating or grit blasting after degreasing increases the ability of the Spanjaard Graphite Spray to bond to the surface of the component.
