901 Counter Operators Manual
The Seedburo 901 Series Count-A-Pak® dual-chute seed counter and single-chute seed totalizers feature a touch panel display, fiber optic counting module, and updated communication capabilities. The 901 counts seeds from 1mm to 18mm, with two USB ports for printers or barcode scanners, plus Wi-Fi and Ethernet for data transfer or remote monitoring.
It supports counting to a target value or total count, and can handle up to 100 product IDs and lot codes. Standard modes include total and batch counting. It can be programmed to count from 1–999,999 seeds per bag with ±1 seed accuracy at 1000 (0.1%). A bag detection sensor prevents spills.

Adjusting the Track Width Slide:
The guide is held by two nylon set screws. Loosen them to adjust the guide in or out, based on seed width. Only one row of seeds should feed into the optic counter to ensure accurate counting.
