The heavy-duty Union Special Class 2200 combines upper and lower feed for better gripping on both sides of the bag and accommodates all types of bag material, including geosynthetic material.
Features :

• Adjustable Stitch Length 3 to 8½ per inch
• Single thread chain or two thread double locked stitch available
• Sewing capacity up to ⅜” or 24 plies of paper
• Built-in thread chain cutter
• 1200-1700 Stitches per minute (depending on material)
• Direct drive, fan cooled, 1800 RPM electric motor
• Stand-up feature (can stand in an upright position when not in use)

The 2200 has a fiberglass-reinforced break-resistant polyamide handle and housing for the electric motor and weighs approximately 11 lbs, so it is light weight and well-balanced for effortless operation.
The motor ball bearings are dustproof and permanently lubricated.
