Description

The system, which Seedburo uses to inspect and approve our grain dockage sieves, includes the use of a inspection guide and the appropriate Go-No Go perforation gauges. The inspection guide is a 12½” diameter stainless steel plate with 25 random 1½” diameter laser cut holes. The edge of the plate is etched with a benchmark to provide a reference point to orient on the sieve during the test. This method provides the random selection of inspection sites for our Go-No Go perforation gauges. We offer these gauges as a dual end reversible, Class Z gauge. The Go end will have a green colored collar and the No Go will have a red collar. We offer gauges in perforation tolerance, either Commercial or Precision to match the official USDA Federal Grain Inspection tolerances.

Inspection plate: Ship dims: 15″ (L) x 15″ (W) x 4″ (H), while up to 5 each of the gauges can be combined into one carton: Net wt: 1 lb, Ship wt: 3 lbs, Ship dims: 9″ (L) x 3″ (W) x 3″ (H).

Also available is the teardrop shaped perforation gauge with a range of sizes etched to provide approximate diameter of sieve openings
